In his Sept. 22, 2008, speech to The Commonwealth Club of California, actor and author Alec Baldwin tackled the serious topic of the family court system, parental alienation syndrome, and parental responsibilities. Baldwin, star of "30 Rock" (for which he won his first Emmy Award just 24 hours earlier) and author of "A Promise to Ourselves," discusses in the above video what he sees as a seriously wrong-headed approach of the Los Angeles County Family Court system.
